Space M​​anagement

Advantage is an industry leader in planogram development and shelf management. Our highly skilled space managers leverage their comprehensive understanding of the shopper, retailer, and brand to achieve targeted results at the shelf. Working onsite at retailer headquarters, they develop strong relationships and firsthand knowledge of the retailer’s strategy and business processes, resulting in plan-o-grams with a higher probability of acceptance and success. We also deploy space managers to our highly skilled, centralized "Center of Excellence" teams. Here they specialize in high-volume and strategic shelving solutions for space management programs not handled by our in-house teams.​​​​​​

Talented administrative professionals handle all key administrative processes, including planning, customer service, customer contract population, TPM system management, deduction management, and full Order to Cash. We also leverage innovative technology to automate manual processes. For example, we process over 100,000 orders and 40,000 deductions monthly, which allows us to leverage the retailer set up, relationship, and training.

Advantage's decentralized approach to Administration provides a key point of difference to our competitors. Our business administrators are situated in offices in the United States with their Advantage business managers or client sales managers where they jointly manage client contracts and deductions.
