Chairman

S​onny King

Chairman

Sonny King is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Advantage Solutions ("Advantage").

King has more than 40 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, beginning with Vons Grocery Company in Southern California where he served as Vice President of Grocery and General Merchandise.

After leaving the retail segment in 1985, he served as a new store format and franchising consultant until 1986 when he founded his own food brokerage company, Advantage Solutions in March 1987. Until December 2012, King served as Chief Executive Officer of Advantage.

Since Advantage's founding, King's leadership and vision have provided the framework for growth of Advantage to a position of national prominence, approaching $2 billion in sales. Advantage is the premier sales and marketing agency in North America and is committed to building brand value for its clients and customers.

King completed graduate certificates in Food Marketing and Distributions from both Cornell University and the University of Southern California. He is the 2002 recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for Orange County, Calif.

King is on the Board of Directors for Sunny Delight Beverages Co. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for Enactus (formerly Students in Free Enterprise) and GS1, a leading global organization dedicated to the design and implementation of global standards and solutions to improve the efficiency and visibility of supply and demand chains globally and across sectors.

Tanya Domier

Chief Executive Officer

Tanya Domier is Chief Executive Officer of Advantage Solutions ("Advantage"), North America’s leading provider of outsourced sales, marketing and business solutions for a client's portfolio that includes many of the most recognized CPG brands and retail banners in the U.S. She has served on the company’s Board of Directors since 2006.

After beginning her career with The J.M. Smucker Company, Domier joined Advantage in 1990 and quickly rose through the company’s ranks, holding a variety of executive-level positions in sales, marketing, and operations.

In 2000, Domier led the formation of Advantage's marketing division, Advantage Marketing Partners, which delivers effective marketplace solutions by intimately understanding retailer and manufacturer needs and grounding programs in shopper insights. In ten years, the division rose to the top ten of the PROMO 100 and came to offer a full suite of services from shopper and experiential marketing to custom content, digital and multicultural solutions. In both 2014 and 2015 it was ranked by Advertising Age as the #1 Experiential and Event Marketing Agency and #1 Promotional Marketing Agency in the U.S.

As President and Chief Operating Officer, a position Domier held from 2010 until assuming her CEO role in January 2013, she developed a new strategic plan for the company with focus on 5 Pillars: People, Culture, Creating Raving Fans of Clients and Customers, Operational Efficiency, and Growth. This strategy fosters a performance-driven culture that emphasizes the importance of proactively adding value and delivering results for each of Advantage's clients and customers.

As CEO, Domier continues to strategically shape the future of Advantage. Recognizing that today’s CPG sales managers require an advanced skillset and general-management mindset, she implemented a new leadership immersion program for recent college graduates, and is increasing Advantage's strength in technology by expanding its business intelligence platform and insight driven strategies. Also under her leadership, Advantage continues to broaden its reach through expansion into new channels, services and countries, and has completed 48 acquisitions over the last four years. In addition to her duties at Advantage CEO, Domier is a member of the Board of Directors of Nordstrom, Inc. and also of Enactus, an international nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring students to improve the world through entrepreneurial action.

Domier holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from California State University, Chico. She lives with her husband and three teenage sons in Orange County, CA.

President and Chief Commercial Officer

Jeff Hansberry

President and Chief Commercial Officer

Jeff Hansberry is the President and Chief Commercial Officer at Advantage Solutions. Advantage’s Presidents of Sales, Marketing, and Foodservice all report to Hansberry.

Hansberry comes to Advantage with over 25 years of sales, marketing, and general management experience (both in the U.S. and abroad) most recently at Starbucks, a company globally known for its entrepreneurial culture and great customer experience. After leading the creation of Starbucks’s CPG go-to-market model and expansion to 25 countries, he served as President of the China Asia Pacific Region, where he led the integration of CPG and retail channels across 15 markets. Most recently, he led the integration and international expansion of Starbucks’s Evolution Fresh business.

Prior to Starbucks, Hansberry served as Vice President and General Manager for E&J Gallo Winery where he was responsible for leading the company’s flagship popular priced brand portfolio. His background also includes 17 years at Procter & Gamble where he held leadership positions in sales, marketing, and general management, both in the U.S. and abroad.

Hansberry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Master of Business Administration from the Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh.

President, Sales

Michael O’Keefe

President, Sales

Michael O’Keefe is the President of Sales at Advantage Solutions ("Advantage"), with responsibility for Advantage’s sales operations, client services, and business development functions. O’Keefe has over 35 years of industry experience, and a track record of executing with excellence and delivering results for Advantage’s clients and customers.

O’Keefe started his career with the Pezrow Company, moving up through various management positions. After Pezrow was acquired by Advantage in 2004 O’Keefe became a Client Team Leader with responsibility for the Unilever Ice Cream business, leading Advantage to five years of double digit growth and ultimately market leadership. Over the past decade O’Keefe rose through a number of executive management roles leading the expansion of Advantages perishable client portfolio, the creation of the Advantage Fresh business unit, the expansion of the strategic client portfolio, and the talent reinvention of the client services team. O’Keefe was named President, Sales in September 2015.

O’Keefe has been a member of the Board of Directors of the National Frozen & Refrigerated Association (NFRA) for over 15 years and served as president of the Metro New York Eastern Frosted Foods Association. He gives back to the community through his work with the New York chapter of ALS and the New Jersey Food Bank where he is an active participant in fund raising and the soup kitchen.

O’Keefe holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Communication from Rutgers University where he graduated with honors. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and two children.

President, Marketing

Jill Griffin

President, Marketing

Jill Griffin is President of Marketing for Advantage Solutions, with 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, client service and operations. She joined the company in 2008, bringing a solid leadership track record in high-growth, outsourced service companies.

Griffin has led the evolution of Advantage's Advantage Marketing Partners agency from a primarily Shopper Marketing practice to an omni-channel solution provider including broad-based Experiential; Digital, Social, Mobile; Multicultural; and Food Service Marketing practices. Today, as Advantage Marketing Partners, the agency employs over 1,800 full-time and 24,000 part-time associates across North America and delivers uniquely connected client solutions. The company is proud to be agency of record for many of the most recognized brands across retail, packaged goods, technology, apparel, automotive, travel, entertainment, education and healthcare. Delivering a significant growth trajectory over the past 10 years, the agency was ranked #1 U.S. Consumer Promotion Agency and #1 U.S. Experiential Agency by Advertising Age for 2014 and 2015.

Prior to joining Advantage, Griffin served as President of Navarre Corporation's interactive publishing division, providing outsourced brand marketing and retail distribution for leading entertainment properties for more than 10 years. Griffin began her career with TMP Worldwide in business development and client service.

Griffin holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management as the top-ranking marketing graduate; and a B.A. in Spanish from the University of Minnesota College of Liberal Arts.

President, Digital Technology Solutions & Services

David Cortese

President, Digital Technology Solutions & Services

David is a twenty-year technology veteran with diverse experience ranging from building start-ups to holding senior leadership positions within a Fortune 100 corporation. Prior to Advantage Solutions David founded Media Salvation, a SaaS business intelligence company focused on the digital distribution market and providing analytics and insights to movie studios and TV networks. Media Salvation was acquired by Rentrak (NASDAQ: RENT) in 2010.

Prior to founding Media Salvation, David served as a Divisional CIO of Sony Pictures Home Entertainment, a multi-billion dollar CPG division of the movie studio. He had global accountability for IT across twelve operating territories around the world and oversaw all technology support across sales, marketing, operations, finance and customer service. He was influential in implementing a number of systems in the department including applications to support vendor managed inventory, supply chain (ERP), demand planning and EDI. David was also responsible for bringing the first data warehouse into the company.

Early in his career, David spent nearly ten years in consulting, the majority of which he served working at Accenture in the manufacturing and telecommunications industries. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer

Brian G. Stevens

Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer

Brian Stevens is Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Advantage Solutions ("Advantage"). Stevens joined Advantage in March 2008 and has nearly 20 years of experience in finance and accounting.

Stevens has global oversight of Advantage's Finance and Accounting department. This includes financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, payroll, tax, mergers and acquisitions, and customer service. He currently serves on the board of directors of Advantage Waypoint, LLC and Advantage Consumer Healthcare, LLC.

Brian previously served as Vice President of Finance at Multi-Fineline Electronix, Inc., a $750 million dollar public company, where he provided global oversight for the Finance, Accounting and IT departments, and helped lead a successful initial public offering (IPO) in 2004. Brian spent seven years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in a variety of roles. His responsibilities included participating in Initial Public Offerings, merger and acquisition transactions, carve out and spinoffs, and many different types of public filings for Fortune 100 companies.

Stevens is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Southern California.

Chief Human Resources Officer

Andy Martin

Chief Human Resources Officer

Andy Martin joined Advantage Solutions ("Advantage") in January 2015. Andy brings more than twenty years of both domestic and global human resource and operational management experience. Throughout that time, Andy has leveraged his passion for collaborating with others to initiate opportunities to work across organizations to critically understand the organizations’ current and future business strategies and convert those into viable human capital strategies.

As the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), Andy plays a key role as the functional leader of the Human Resources department, translating business objectives into a human capital strategy for the company by leading our performance-based culture through workforce developing programs and practices which will attract, retain, and motivate key talent to deliver exceptional results for our clients and customers. Andy is responsible for providing leadership to ensure the company is growing talent, building capabilities, and shaping the desired culture of its global workforce. This responsibility is shared with senior management and leaders at all levels of the organization.

Prior to Advantage, Andy built and led successful human resource organizations with world-class companies including The Walt Disney Co., PepsiCo, Republic Services, and ARAMARK. In these roles, his overall responsibilities included aligning talent development and planning, talent acquisition, organization effectiveness and design, cultural integration, merger and acquisition transactions, and total rewards, as well as other areas key to business growth strategies.

Most recently, Andy was CHRO at Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, Inc. (KBS), a privately held company where he provided oversight for all aspects of human resources as well as their employment practices function.

Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Texas, Austin.

Chief Information Officer

Yul Vanek

Chief Information Officer

Yul Vanek is Chief Information Officer at Advantage Solutions ("Advantage") responsible for infrastructure, business systems, mobility and back-office applications. Yul also plays an instrumental role in business development, innovation and mergers and acquisition activities.

Yul joined Advantage in March 2015 bringing a wealth of experience in Retail systems and over 20 years of systems and technology experience with world-class companies and brands. Most recently, Yul was part of the leadership team at Beats Electronics (Apple’s largest acquisition to-date) stabilizing startup operations and successfully delivering a rapid business integration and eventual transition.

Previously, he spent a combined 15 years leading the IS&T teams at Deckers Outdoor, Oakley (now part of Luxottica Group), K-Swiss, and Charlotte Russe delivering global manufacturing, wholesale, and retail systems innovations. Additionally, Yul has provided strategic and tactical advisory services to multi-billion dollar wholesale and retail consumer products brands, helping deliver on key technology investments while also improving the effectiveness of their organizations.

Yul began his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), leaving as a Technology Manager in their High Tech & Electronics practice. He has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from UCLA.

GENERAL COUNSEL & SECRETARY

Bryce Robinson

GENERAL COUNSEL & SECRETARY

Bryce Robinson is General Counsel and Secretary of Advantage Solutions ("Advantage") and is responsible for oversight of Advantage's legal department. Since 2010, he has been providing counsel to Advantage regarding a wide variety of complex business matters, including more than 20 mergers and acquisitions (M&A), billions in financings, international joint ventures, private equity transactions, compliance, corporate governance and commercial contracts.

With more than 15 years of experience, Robinson’s background includes both in-house and external counsel roles. He began his career at the international law firm of Latham & Watkins LLP, where he handled M&A, SEC compliance, securities offerings, real estate and commercial matters.

Prior to joining Advantage, Robinson was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at InSight Health, a healthcare services company with more than $200 million in revenue. During his tenure with the company, he rose from Assistant General Counsel to leader of InSight’s legal department and completed numerous acquisitions.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Washington and a Juris Doctorate from UCLA School of Law. He is a member of the California Bar.
