IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC (ASM) announced today the acquisition of Atlas Technology Group, a leading technology company that provides brands with insights and tools through its proprietary application suite to enhance product sales in store. Atlas integrates with retailers’ internal platforms and data sources to empower CPGs with the most comprehensive view of their product status and performance. The Atlas suite also leverages this information for more efficient in-store merchandising execution and optimized space planning. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
