Advantage Sales and Marketing announces acquisition of Program Sales Inc.


New acquisition will expand Advantage Sales and Marketing's best-in-class retail sales services in the perishables industry to the Southeast markets

IRVINE, Calif.—Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC (ASM) today announced the acquisition of Program Sales Inc., a food brokerage company focused on meat, seafood, deli and bakery clients and customers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

William (Buck) Thomas III will lead the new business unit to be called Advantage Program.
